I never set out to become a women’s strength coach, life led me here. During pregnancy, I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Years later, perimenopause arrived with its own surprises. Along the way, I realized how little practical guidance existed for women navigating hormonal transitions, and how powerful strength training could be in restoring balance, confidence, and resilience.
